Question #33:
Can I cut the downrod/extension pole to my desired length?
Answer:
If necessary the downrods and extension poles can be cut to your desired length. It is not recommended to cut the downrod less than 6" or the extension pole less than 24". If cutting is necessary, using a licensed electrician is recommended.
