Question #29:
How can I extend my pole farther than your longest pole, which is 72"?
Answer:
The downrod and the extension poles can be extended by using a coupler to join two poles together. You will need to purchase a combination of downrods/extension poles that equal the desired length and then purchase the corresponding coupler to join them together. We do not recommend extending the drop farther than 10-12 feet.
