Question #22:

How can I return my fan or exchange it for another color/size?

Answer:

Contact the dealer from whom you originally purchased the fan system. The dealer will explain the return process and policies. However, it should be noted that, unless defective or shipped in error, we do not accept returns on natural palm leaf blades, downrods, extension poles or "built-to-order" fan systems, including The Americana®, The Bourbon Street®, The Punkah™, The Brewmaster®, The Palmetto®, and The Pedestal™.
