Question #18:
My fan is not turning at all. How can I fix this?
Answer:
Make sure you are using the appropriate Fanimation speed control. You should also check to make sure the "reverse switch" on the switch housing cap at the bottom of the fan is pushed completely up or down. If this switch is in the middle, the fan will not run. Also check the wire connection in the outlet box.
