Question #14:

Is there a guarantee/warranty on the fan blades?

Answer:

The fan blades are not guaranteed/warranted for any specified amount of time. Depending on the use and location of the fan, you should expect to replace your palm leaf blades every three to five years. The wicker, bamboo, Ocoee™ and canvas blades should not need to be replaced for at least 10 years. Of course, if you receive a blade set with damaged blades in it, Fanimation will replace any blades needed to hang the fan.
